A simple morning routine
Making over my mornings. The seasons are changing and so is the flow of our day around here. While every day is different, I find I do better with a basic plan. The three things I need to start my day well and keep me moving forward:
1. Fuel. Lemon oil water, coffee (less and less), green smoothie
2. Movement. 15 minutes or an hour, depending.
3. Chunk of time for that Big Push Goal. Right now it’s writing specific content for my soon-to-be website. Last month it was an online workshop I worked on every day until done. Next month it might be stepping up my movement and building more strength with this chunk of time.
