Chia Seed Pudding on the porch.

1/3 cup chia seeds
1 cup coconut milk (or almond)
1/2 tsp vanilla
Pinch of good salt

Shake it up in a jar and let sit overnight or at least an hour. Mix in 1/2 cup fruit. Enjoy!

Delicious with bananas, mango, or frozen berries.  Best enjoyed on the porch.
