Fresh spring rolls again! Feeling the need to go lighter, let go, be light. How is the changing season affecting you?

Thinly sliced persian cucumbers, basil, red bell pepper, grated carrots. Avocado and a mad sprinkling of hemp seed (10 grams protein in three tablespoons). Roll it in rice paper circle that has soaked in water 20 seconds. Dip in Braggs Ginger Sesame or dressing of your choice.

The Mister will have a couple but his dinner is leftover sweet potatoes stuffed with spicy beef and bean (posted already!).  Perfect.
