Winter salad with tahini dressing and olives with a bite.  Ok. You can eat this anytime but in the middle of winter it feels hearty and filling.

1 head swiss chard, cut into ribbons
1/2 bell pepper
Chopped mushrooms
Chopped brussels sprouts
Dried cherry tomatoes
Raw olives by Sunfood, quartered (these are power packed with flavor!)

Toss with your hands. Connect with your food. Massage in a few tablespoons of tahini. Squeeze the juice of 1 or 2 lemons over it all and a sprinkle of sea salt. Toss again. Enjoy!
