The Essential Oil Truth: The Facts without the Hype by Jen O’Sullivan.
What’s real and what’s marketing. Labeling. Detox. Dilution. How oils are produced- and best practices. And specific oils best uses. I’ve been using essential oils in my work and life for 20 years and only own three reference books on aromatherapy. The best three for me. Now adding this third. If you have question on how the heck essential oils can make that much of a difference in your life and wellness, if you wonder how to choose a company you can trust and what questions to ask- this book is for you. Then come back and ask me. I’ll be so glad to share.
Three more essential oil books I treasure and use often:
- Modern Essentials: A Contemporary Guide to the Therapeutic Use of Essential Oils (8th Edition). Like my Bible.
- The Complete Book of Essential Oils and Aromatherapy: Natural, Nontoxic, and Fragrant Recipes to Create Health, Beauty, and Safe Home and Work Environments by Valerie Ann Worwood. I used this book for the first ten years of using essential oils in my life and business. Before the internet!
- Emotions and Essential Oils with reference wheel. I have used this for my own shifts and to be able to help others support the body in releasing and moving through emotional blocks to gain the wellness we all deserve. When we heal at all, we can heal it all. Health, home, and business can grow with greater ease.
Also this morning… meditation on release and forgiveness using On Guard and Forgive blend.
‘Cause if you want…just about anything, you have to make space. Let that sh*t go. Questions? A book you would add to my shelf? Comment below or message me at firstname.lastname@example.org. I just love notes from you.
