Fresh. Fast. Done. Hemp seeds add protein for me, chopped chicken tossed in the Misters. One recipe- everybody is happy.

Asian Chopped Salad
1/2 chopped green cabbage
1/4 chopped purple cabbage
1 green onion, chopped
4 sprigs cilantro
1 chopped cucumber
2 grated carrots
Toss.

Dressing
2 garlic cloves, minced
Fresh Ginger, grated, 1/2-1″ piece or 4 drops ginger essential oil
3TB coconut aminos
2TB water

2TB tahini
1/2tsp red pepper flakes
Stir.

Add ins:


Chicken
Chopped almonds
Hemp seeds

Red bell pepper
Red onion
Zucchini
Sweet peas

Toss it altogether. Enjoy!
