Hibiscus iced tea is my new evening jam.
3tsp hibiscus petals
2c filtered water, just off boil
Pour over petals. Steep 5 minutes. Breathe in the steam. Strain. Pour over ice (it’s a strong tea), or simply sip hot.
Consider 1 drop lime essential oil swirled in.
Mix with sparkling water for a sober life spritzer. Add a splash of cranberry juice and you have yourself a fancy pants drink!
Hibiscus tea is an aid in digestion and metabolism, great for high blood pressure, an immume booster (super high Vit C + anti bacterial), and liver support. Really, I like it ’cause it’s pretty and tastes wonderful.
