2c water
1c pineapple or 1/5th of a whole fresh one
1 orange, mostly peeled
1 lemon, mostly peeled
1 handful cilantro
1 handful greens (spinach, red leaf lettuce, kale…)
1/2tsp chlorella
2TB hemp seed if you want protein

Blend. Enjoy!
