Home from a long, hot drive. And thank goodness for watermelon in the freezer.

1/2 a mini watermelon, about 4 cups (rind removed)

2 cups water

Blend. Any ‘ole blender will do the trick. Ahhhh.  Add a peeled lime if you want to get crazy.

Watermelon has more lycopene than fresh tomatoes and contains an enzyme that helps block muscle pain. ♡ Also, Emily stuck butterfly stickers in places I did not realize. And I like it.
